1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Pulse Studio Lab ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Pulse Studio Lab provides web development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project will be defined in a separate proposal or contract.
3. Project Terms
- Proposals: All project proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Payment: Payment terms will be specified in the project contract. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins.
- Revisions: The number of revisions included will be specified in your project agreement.
- Timeline: Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on scope changes or delays in client feedback.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you will own all rights to the final deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party assets (fonts, images, plugins) may be subject to their own licensing terms.
5. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information for the project
- Provide timely feedback and approvals
- Ensure you have rights to provide any content or materials
- Make payments according to agreed terms
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulse Studio Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination, you will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
